The fourth rule of attraction marketing is prospecting and marketing. These are very important. This is where you will be spending the majority of your time doing. This is where a lot of people trip up. This is what pays the bills. With no marketing there are no prospects. With no signing those prospects, there is no money going into your bank account
Lets get to the marketing part first. People are different and will respond differently to the same marketing technique. If your’re just passing fliers out at the mall and chasing your family and friends around, you are leaving thousands of potential prospects on the table. How adequate do you think your marketing is going to be? Doing just one or two of these will not be enough.
Google is the number one website in the world. Yahoo is the second largest website in the world. You Tube is number three, and Face Book, with over 350 million people, is the fourth largest website in the world. What kind of presence do you have on any of these sites? If you don’t, why not? There are more than these four, but look at the ocean of prospects you are leaving behind if you are not on these sites.
Network marketing has two words in it. Most people remember the first and ignore the second. They can network like crazy. They have called all their friends and family. Now what? What happens when the network runs out, and it will. When they have all been used up you will have no other option but to learn how to market.
Most people jump into their business without a clue as to how to market. Would you jump into a 747, sit in the cockpit of the plane, and expect to fly that aircraft? I don’t think so. So why do you think you can start a business without any knowledge of how to market, and expect to carry your business into profitability. Not going to happen.
When you capture the techniques of marketing, it really doesn’t matter what kind of business you get into. When you learn how to market, you will stand out from the rest of the crowd of business people. People will take notice of you. That’s why someone can come into a business, and shoot right up to the top of the leaders in just a few months. They know how to market.
Think of marketing like food. If you don’t eat your body becomes weak and unresponsive. The same is true if you don’t learn marketing. Your bank account will become weak and unresponsive.
