You can build a profitable network marketing business by looking for the correct people. Your company can only be established if you target superior MLM leads. I will show you 5 traits to seek when prospecting new MLM leads.

1. Attitude ~ Folks with great attitudes are proven winners for you business. These folks offer intensity and enthusiasm to anything they take on. Their attitude is contagious and other folks want to affiliate themselves with them. This is the type of MLM lead that will no doubt increase the prosperity of your business since they have a decisive attitude on life and their endeavors.

2. Personality ~ Let’s face it; network marketing is a people business. People want to build relationships with someone with a good personality. This trait is one that I look for when I recruit for my MLM because these people are enjoyable to be around. In turn, they tend to attract others with the same traits, making them indispensable to your organization.

3. Drive ~ Everyone knows that it takes a lot of hard work and commitment to succeed in network marketing. Accordingly, when facing difficulty and rejection, it’s the person with the most drive that will succeed and not give up. Don’t make the mistake of targeting everyone or you will end up losing the majority of people that won’t succeed. A person who is completely driven will have the tendency to motivate everybody they are involved with. Being driven is a very contagious attribute and one that great MLM leaders seek when recruiting leads.

4. Leadership ~ True leadership is not only measured with the success one has attained but the attributes they display. There is a reason why we tend to follow exceptional leaders and look to them for encouragement. True leadership is exhibited in the passion they demonstrate. These folks are repeatedly optimistic, positive and energetic. Despite some failures, these people will refuse to quit and will continually encourage others that their success can be reached. Besides being completely committed to their goals, these folks encourage others to copy their actions. I believe we can all be leaders if we want it bad enough.

5. Goal Oriented ~ A good MLM lead will have set goals they are pursuing and have a plan of action to achieve them. Question your leads and determine if they do in fact have a plan and know where they are going. Don’t waste your time prospecting for your network marketing business if a lead does not have a set course mapped out for their future. These people will only hold you back and be a liability.
