Poker Training Network Complaints
What are some of the complaints you’ve heard regarding the Poker Training network? I’m sure there’ll be complaints about the product, but that’s unfortunately not new in the industry. Complaints about the business opportunity are not uncommon in MLM either.
The thing to remember is that the company’s “product” are educational materials to help people learn how to improve their poker game. It is possible to build a training method that will produce results. The break down in these systems is always the student. If a student will not put the effort into the materials that is required, it will not work.
Some complaints will probably be about the price. With the PokerTEL costing $49.95 a month and the Poker EDGE tools costing $299.95 some people will certainly say it’s overpriced. Value is in the eye of the consumer and I’m certain some people will feel more than satisfied with their investment in the materials.
Then there are the complaints that focus on the business opportunity afforded by the company. Unlike many MLM programs, there’s no physical product, so there’s nothing to ship, which is probably why PTN calls its “distributors” affiliates.
Affiliates are not new to internet marketing but turning your affiliate business into a multilevel marketing program isn’t something you see very often. That is precisely what the network has done. The processing fee for enrolling in their affiliate program is no more expensive than the start up costs of other MLM businesses.
Some people think that the promise of a residual income from an MLM is fake. This isn’t true. It simply takes work to develop. Sometimes people get so excited about the potential of multilevel marketing that they forgot how much hard work is involved with developing your business. This doesn’t make it impossible.
Anybody with the right information can succeed with any MLM opportunity. Obviously, market training is essential. Without that solid grasp of marketing, no product or program will achieve its full potential. While there are bound to be network complaints, I see no reason to take them more seriously than any other complaints customers have with any business.
