Network Marketing is about people, and it is a people’s business. In this biz people by you. So, you are selling yourself. A Networking Marketing business is similar to a franchise, without the high cost and even higher risk, especially in today economy. A person can say this is the ultimate people business, and you truly have to have other peoples right interest in mind. People that are in network marketing will immediately respond positively to this.

A person can say that one of the awesome characteristics of network marketing is that you have access to a million dollar business and you have all the support you can possibly imagine. They are part of a lager team and the compensations models are created such that every person can bank that they will get support from their up line.

It is no secret that fortunes can be made in this type of business and many have done just that. Not everyone is going to succeed in this project, because not everyone has what it takes, that is the bottom line. As you probably already know that networking is not biased to what race, religion, political views, age back round or gender. With network you really have an equal opportunity just like everyone else, which means you can soar. You probably won’t find a business model that is based on fairness.

For many people however the true value of their home based project is not directly in the financial return. The lessons a person can learn while building his or her own network marketing business are truly priceless. When a person allow themselves to really get into there project and watch it grow it is really a transformative experience. It forced them to get out of their comfort zones, grow, and in many cases become a better person.

So what is so unique about network marketing in this respect? Isn’t it true that every entrepreneur has to deal with challenges? Obviously they do, that is a given. As a reward they get to experience incredible personal growth. However there is a significant difference. Most entrepreneurs are self made and many of them learned their trade largely outside of formal education. Either they were taught by a family member, a mentor or perhaps they learned everything the hard way: by trial and error. You must be a life learner like most entrepreneurs. If you were to see their libraries you would notice that it is very extensive. Most businesspeople don’t attend seminars and motivational trainings. Some think that it is a waste of time. In some cases that could be true, and you might find some of the best trainings they don’t even teach in Harvard Business School. My friend John said that this company Pyxism Travel has some of the best training on the planet.

The best companies have a built in training system that is the foundation of there awesome growth. There is no business on the face of the earth that places such a strong and direct emphasis on the importance of personal development as the network marketing industry. Many companies might argue that they spend a great deal of their budget on education; Training employees and as such assisting them in personal development but in most cases what they are actually talking about is personnel development.

Network marketing is all about building people. One of the best universities you could go through is the experiences you have with your network marketing companies. You will grow beyond what you think is possible, and it’s totally free.
