Put the needs and wants of your prospects before your own. As Zig Ziglar says, “If you help enough other people get what they want, you can have anything that you want.” Place your focus on serving your prospects first, in the manner that they need an want and you will have found one of the keys to MLM success.

So take a close look at yourself to ascertain if you’re prepared to be a flourishing company man or woman. Ask yourself these questions:

1. Why are you wanting to do a business? Without a strong why, you become exposed to the highs and lows of creating a company. If you’re someone who says, “I’ll give it a try” or “We’ll see how it does in 3 months” your why isn’t significant because you need a committed “I will not give up” attitude. “More cash” isn’t a powerful incentive.

2. Have you got a Vision? It is necessary to be in a position to “see” the result, know exactly what you want. If you had 3 wishes, what would you wish for? If you had a fairy godmother waving her wand, what would you ask her to offer you at this time? Be exact.

3. Are you passionate about the business? Don’t start an MLM or any other business thanks to the payplan, the products or the company. Does everything recall enthusiasm in you? If not, stop. What do you feel committed to? Develop your business around that.

4. Do you operate from fear? Fear holds us back. Franklin Delano Roosevelt said “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself. ” It’s OK to feel fear. But take action anyhow. Get out of your comfort zone.

5. Are you willing to become a teacher? You need to want to help others and you must be able to help others. Zig Ziglar, recounted “You can have everything in life you would like, if you’ll just help other people get what they want.”

6. Are you clear? Make sure the company you are working with has a clear vision and you understand what it is and what you have to do so as to achieve MLM success.

7. Are you willing to practice? If your company has online marketing strategies for expanding your business, follow it relentlessly. Keep working till you can perform the systems in your sleep.

8. Are you a marketing master? How would you feel you are so good at selling that folks will beg you to tell them what business you are in?

9. Are you a numbers person? You actually don’t have to be, but you have to learn about the way to reach your goals. Track your leads.

10. Are you having a good time? To pass some time in an Multi Level Marketing or any business, you need to like it. What’s the point if you don’t? Life is short. Don’t put off the fun till you are too old to like it.

The more obsessed you are with your network marketing business the more probable it is you will work. What gets you to work? What makes you want to work on your business? It’s different for different people. For me, it’s generally books. When I don’t feel very much like working I tell myself that it’s ok, I will read something like Think and Grow Rich instead. After about ten minutes of reading I remember that I actually do care about my current goal and straight away want to dive into work!

The most straightforward way to be consistent is to treat your MLM business like it’s a job. Plan in in your working time and then follow the schedule. Go to your office, shut the door, and start working. This will actually help if you are struggling to find the time in your busy day to work. You might set 8 to 9 every night as work time and make sure to inform your family they need to work around it! This truly assisted me as my family members knows what times I’m available to them and we are able to make our plans to accomodate my business time!

4. Celebrate Your Wins

It can be difficult to motivate yourself to be consistent. Nothing makes folk more consistent than seeing results! So see results EVERYWHERE. Your results might start out as the time you are putting in, then the following week you can start measuring traffic you are driving, eventually you will be measuring results as leads, then ultimately in money! It’ll take time with any strategy to get to making money! So don’t start out using that as your measure of success at first your consistent action is a measure. It is as you get more results when you know what you are doing is working and the cash will at last come if you KEEP putting in the work.

Never forget the 90 days rule. Any MLM system can work for you, but nearly All of them take about 90 days to really see consistent success! Don’t give up at 30 days like everybody else. Push through and commit yourself to just 90 days of really consistent effort.
